Every new part we install comes with a standard 1 year parts and labor warranty. If, and is does happen occasionally we are supplied with a faulty part we'll happily pop out as soon as we are informed and swap it out free of charge. Are you are considering a new boiler? Our R.G.I. team carry out work on boilers and central heating systems on a daily basis and some of our plumbers have been doing this for 30 years! This really means that our experience is unrivaled. The average home boiler would not last more than 20 years so our staff are familiar with more or less every make and model that are in current circulation. The R.G.I.I. or registered gas installers Ireland are the governing body of plumbers who are permitted to work with natural gas. This body was formed in 2009 to prevent people who did not necessarily know what they doing working with gas for health and safety reasons. As R.G.I. plumbers we are required to pay annual membership fees to the governing body. We have to sit refresher courses on a regular basis. This is to keep our R.G.I. status and we also keep abreast on all legal updates and changes.

There are approximately 3,200 members of the R.G.I. within he south of Ireland although not all are practicing. Why not? you may ask as that seems a small number for 4.8 million people. Just because you have taken your course it doesn't mean you are a good plumber. The key is experience. We have had people with full R.G.I. credentials looking for a job. When asked are you good at diagnosing faults and you get the answer, I haven't had a lot of hands on experience with that, it's no good. It takes years of experience to know one of the many, many things that could be wrong with a boiler for example.
